Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Coolcolab website and application, an online service for managing projects, clients, business documents and payments for professionals.

Your account

You create an account with a valid email address for which you are responsible. You agree to provide accurate information, in particular about your business and your legal details.

Plans and payment

The Solo plan is free. The Pro plan is paid, monthly or yearly; the Studio plan is offered after a conversation with our team, with no commitment beyond the period paid for. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Any period that has started is due.

Your content

You remain the owner of everything you create in Coolcolab. You only authorize us to host it and display it to you and to the people you share it with. You are responsible for the documents you issue (quotes, invoices, contracts) and for their compliance.

Your clients' payments

When your clients pay your invoices through Coolcolab, payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Coolcolab is not a party to the business relationship between you and your clients.

Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use Coolcolab for illegal or fraudulent activities, or to send unlawful content. We may suspend an account that does not comply with these rules.

Liability

We do our utmost to keep Coolcolab available and reliable, but cannot guarantee full availability. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate an account in the event of a serious breach, after notifying you except in an emergency.

Governing law

These terms are governed by [to be specified] law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
